"If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. Please do not go to Rebecca Robert’s. Not only is the staff unresponsive, disrespectful, and unprofessional Rebecca will make you feel uncomfortable. I left my appointment baffled with the amount of disrespect I received. If you need your prescription refilled after rescheduling an appointment good luck! When I called the nurse station to get assistance and no one answered for 2 weeks. After leaving a plethora of voice mails I FINALLY received a call back and was spoken to as if I was a child and didn’t understand what my insurance covers. If you are in search for a good OBGYN please please go elsewhere!"

"A few days before my scheduled Women's Wellness exam, I called the office to report I had started my cycle and asked if I should reschedule. They told me "it should be fine" so I kept the appointment. A few weeks later they told me I needed to come back in to redo the pap smear, so I did. I then received a bill for more than $100 because they considered the repeat pap as a 2nd visit. Why would I pay when my Women's Wellness exam is covered by my insurance? Why should I pay when I was proactive and called the office a few days before the original appointment to see if I should reschedule? They don't care. They said the repeat pap was a 2nd visit and sent the bill to collections."

"Sad to be giving even one star. Even more sad to think that I’ve been going here for years and putting up with them for so long. Their hours of operation are incorrect. They are unresponsive. They cut off your prescription refills randomly throughout the year and make it a nightmare trying to reach back out to them. Not an organized clinic and lacking communication completely. Will not be back & do not recommend."

"No one answers calls here or ever return voicemail. When they do pick up, its the receptionist who can only make or cancel your reservation. If you leave messages to speak to Dr. Roberts or her nurses, thats another a couple of days you have to wait (yet they still won’t call to follow up). I had some lab work done and they said the results come in within a week. After 2 weeks, still no calls. When I called, I asked to speak to the nurse directly since I have been waiting for the results over a week. The nurse says, she saw my paperwork on Dr. Roberts desk so she should be calling back as soon as she is done with the current patient and go over the results with me. Later that day, I didn’t receive any calls from the office. Following day, I get an email from the office that I need to pay the bill (also it was incorrect amount). I called back and informed that I already paid after the visit. Then they said the bill for ultrasound goes out separately. Whatever, right? I said I will pay when I hear back from Dr. Roberts since I have been waiting for the result for 14+ days. Then, I’m not sure if it was the receptionist or the nurse, she says “your results are already posted on the patient portal and you’re good”. That’s it. I asked, “what do you mean good?” And she says, “nothing’s wrong with you”. I guess most communication is through “patient portal” nowadays. Til this day, I have not heard back from anyone in that office. There are more to comment on the staffs professionalism, but I’m sure someone else will notice and bring up to their attention. I didn’t think I was paying $170+ lab work fees just to hear from a nurse to say “you’re good”. It was the most aggravating experience and will never go back here."

"My wife attends Dr Roberts clinic and she is over the moon with this clinic. From booking appointments, to wait time, to staff professionalism, to the overall service. No drama, just quality. Thanks for everything guys!"
