"We are blessed to have met this talented doctor who took care of us through out our pregnancy .He is a humble man , very cheerful and made us feel safe as we navigated the pregnancy journey giving us encouragement even when we were so tired and weary..our twins attained 37weeks and did not have to go to the NICU. He was reachable for consultation whenever we needed advice, our delivery experience was simply flawless with every step of the way explained in detail, his attention to detail and promptness to the post op evaluation was great. More than receiving care, we also met a friend who prides himself in serving others. "Dr. Kilianski was awful when I was in pre-term labor with my son. He was extremely manipulative over my medical wishes and when I agreed to be put on a medication if I was dilated more, he claimed I was dilated to a 7 so I would be put on it. I ended up being given an epidural that night and was told my son was coming all for him to come back, tell me I was complicated and that I wasn’t having the baby. My doctor then came in and said I was only 4cms. Dr Kilianski put me through unnecessary circumstances of horrible medication and an epidural. Do NOT use him as your doctor."

"I have hesitated to leave my review for many months after having my son in November of 2022. I have been through intense therapy for depression, and health anxiety for months after my pregnancy & am now able to tell my story. Please seek pregnancy care with a different OBGYN. During my pregnancy I felt extremely unheard, I felt belittled, and not taken seriously. Dr.Kilianski has horrible beside manner & his dry humor is disrespectful. Towards the end of my pregnancy around 33 weeks, I took myself to L&D after calling the after hours nurse line at this office and not receiving a call back or an answer. I called into Baylor Scott & Whites nurse line and they advised me to come in for monitoring after I experienced NEW swelling & other symptoms of HBP. When I arrived Dr.Killianski was the on call doctor that night so of course he was called in to examine me, as I was his patient. I was scolded for not calling his after hour line before coming in, to which I then explained to him that I did in fact CALL prior to driving to Baylor, but nobody called back or answered. After literally showing him proof of the phone call & how long I waited on hold he didn’t apologize for speaking to me rudely & continued to do a check up. He then proceeded to ask me why I checked my blood pressure at home, and if I have a pulse Ox, a glucometer etc. He said you’re fine go home, stop googling symptoms. From that night on I asked to see Samatha at my next in office appointments because of how disrespected I felt. She was very kind, and at 36 weeks caught my preeclampsia. At this point I was led to believe my symptoms were just my anxiety & I had been living this way since 33 weeks pregnant due to him telling me to stop googling. I had extreme black vision at this point, nausea, my hands were numb, extreme swelling in my face hands & feet. I was sent to L&D by Samantha that day & had my baby at 36 weeks. My blood pressure was so high I had to be on a Magnesium drip & was a seizure risk. I was admitted within 30 minutes of going to triage that day. He was in the NICU for a week, and I suffered with HBP for 5 weeks postpartum. I understand he cannot prevent preeclampsia, but I do believe the symptoms could have been more manageable & caught earlier if he truly cared for me as a patient & LISTENED when I knew something was wrong with my body at 33 weeks. While my son was in the NICU he complained he had to go find me there to check my incision from my C-section. He also made a comment after I was in the hospital bed for 4 days & finally was able to take a shower and said I looked like a normal person again. After that I did all of my postpartum appointments with Samantha because I could not see him again. I never returned to this OBGYN after my 6 weeks was over & I will NEVER have a another baby with him as my provider. Lisa is the only person who called me after my 6 weeks to check on me, she knew I was suffering with PPD & Anxiety. I want to Thank her for being the only person there with true care & passion for taking care of women. Please seek OBGYN care elsewhere."

"Highly recommend Dr. K and his staff! They have gone far and beyond assisting me with my needs. They seem to truly care and they don’t make you feel like a number. They are very responsive as well which is a huge thing for me. I worked with Samantha a little bit too and I really enjoyed my experience with her as well. Dr K made sure that I had a full understanding of what was going on, what to expect, and made sure that I knew that he and his office are available to me if I ever have any questions, concerns. 5/5 stars for me! I will continue to come here as long as this type of service continues! :)"

"I chose Dr.K because of his experience and reputation. Wow am I so happy I did because I felt I was treated very well since day 1. His staff is always quick to respond and are always welcoming! I love each of them, especially Barb who goes above and beyond to personally help take care of my concerns. The wait is never long and I never felt rushed with Dr. K. He is very diligent and patient to answer all of my questions. I appreciate that during both labor and recovery, he would stop by to make sure I was doing well. He also helped my husband felt included and educated during the entire process. I trust him with my 1st baby and will continue so for the rest."
