"This review is solely for the nurses/ staff that work at this office. I am so disappointed with the lack of understanding and compassion from this staff, especially as a first time pregnant mother. Every time I spoke with a nurse about a question or concern, they would give me attitude and the feeling like they couldn’t hang the phone up any faster. When you are newly pregnant, it comes with a lot of concern and questions and I am disappointed this is how I was treated. I ended up having a miscarriage and was notified through a message on the portal. Absolutely no compassion or kindness. I have been a patient of Dr. Valley for years and I absolutely love her and know she is a great doctor but I am saddened to say I will be finding a new one because of how her staff made me feel."

"Dr. Vallery is a blessing to for new pregnent couple. She is very approachable , she puts you at peace with your concerns and has support staff and systems that are easy to navigate. It almost feels like talking to a friend while going to appointments with her. Would recommend her 100%"

"I’m very disappointed in the care especially when Dr Vallery came highly recommended. And she really should receive 0 stars! At first I was seeing her assistant Taylor Neilson, very sweet young and ambitious. I explained all my concerns and Taylor was on it getting tests run, checking everything. She ordered I have a biopsy done. Came in for my procedure and endured a great deal of pain through the process. I’m schedule for another appointment to discuss the biopsy and the weight loss concerns I had. I show up for my appointment and am escorted to the back the staff checks vitals and ask a few questions and then a lady appears she doesn’t introduce who she is and starts talking to me about my purpose for being there she’s talking so fast I could hardly keep up and suggest I get on a progesterone pill and talks very fast through the weight loss supplement explains what to do once I get to the pharmacy and says don’t worry call me back if you have any issues. When I finally look at her badge and learn it’s Dr Vallery cause she doesn't look like her picture as she too has had lost alot of weight, I learn Taylor and her team did not perform the biopsy procedure correctly and no tissue was collected for the purpose of my appointment. Later I get to the pharmacy and only my progesterone meds are ready and not the weight loss meds so I call back to the office and leave a message with the staff. I never heard back from Dr Vallery and never received the other meds. So here I am searching for another Dr because I won’t be going back as I feel I was treated very poorly given meds I really didn’t need and ended up with nowhere close to what I was trying to accomplish with my health and concerns! I’ll be going back to the people that recommended Dr Vallery with my disappointment and would not recommended Dr Vallery to anyone as I felt unheard I felt more like a number for 15 min rather than feeling she cared or had enough compassion for patients. The level of care was horrible and it’s been a painful and disappointing process!!!!"

"Dr. Vallery is the best! She recently delivered our son. She was great to work with. She is very personable and takes the time to talk with you to make sure you feel comfortable and understand everything going on. I will continue to see her for my yearly visits and if we decide to have another child she will most definitely be the only doctor I would use."
