"Like several others have already stated, communication is horrible. I've also had appointments canceled because he thought I needed to see someone else. When, in fact, had he seen me, I wouldn't have wasted time going to others for no reason. Most staff members are not friendly at all. I don't know how anyone stands going here. Save your time and go somewhere else."

"Very poor communication skills, people skills and refused to refill cholesterol medication even though was my primary care physician. Advised that because I saw a different physician for a stomach issue that this practice refused to acknowledge. I had an appointment in early July where I was told I could not discuss but one issue (cholesterol) during the scheduled appointment. I do not see how a simple referral to a qualified stomach doctor was an imposition. I used to enjoy the practice with previous PA and nurse practitioner but no more; as Kevin McKinney is arrogant and does not listen to patients."

"Cancelled my appointment last minute didn't bother to call or explain why. They decided to cancel it because the reason for my visit is dry cough that been bothering me for months. Why do we need doctors for if they pick and choose what they want to treat. And Miss Leah M has terrible customer service skills."

"I have no business dealings with these people but they keep harassing me with mailings even after being told numerous times to Cease and Desist. I will turn them over to the US Postal Inspection Service, Texas Attorney General, and Denton County District Attorney for investigation and possible criminal prosecution. In addition, they have illegally commingled my Prersonal Identifiable Information (PII) with another person's PII in violation of the HIPA law."

"Dr. McKinney is very thorough and remembers details well. He is very knowledgeable and is a good listener. He explains any new info he gives me and checks my meds each time I come in. He staff is very professional exhibiting good customer service. Dr. McKinney was my first contact with the medical profession when I moved to Texas. I am very pleased with all the referrals he gave me to other doctors. One of the best things is that all of my doctor's communicate well with one another. I am very thankful for the expertise."
