"First off y'all keep talking about they keep attending to their kids at least they doing that because if you go to someone who's not in a shop they will just let there kid(s) run around like wild animals but needless to say this is my 3rd time getting my hair done by Julie and someone would finish the ends but they NEVER disappoint me NEVER and I'm going to keep going to them I love my Senegalese twists and I get so many compliments on my hair and if anybody ask me who did them I always say Fast African Hair Braiding on Lincoln Trail and for those who say they hair is falling/spilling out I don't know why my hair is thin but long enough I didn't have any problems only thing it was was my edges are thinning and she ask me first if I wanted them braided and I said no and she said if and when I'm done and you decide you want them braided I will do it for you so on that note Fast African Braiding workers y'all keep up the good work it's still some people out here that appreciate y'all for y'all services"

"Every time I come here the kids are crying and the braiders have to stop to tend to the babies. I asked for an early appointment. I was there on time she was not. She had to keep stopping to tend to the kids. And after I you'd her I have another appointment to make it to....she breastfeed the crying toddler. TODDLER!!! The environment is awkward. Little kids running around and crying. Not professional at all."

"Judy(or Julie) the manage/owner is the most rude and disrespectful business owner I've ever met!! Her vibe and her energy is very mean!!SheTalks down to her clients and is very unprofessional. She also has a tendency to overcharge for some services. In addition to that. They require payment upfront with a no refund policy. Any problems and complaints, you have with the finished services ,like crooked parts for example are ignored, but what could you do at this point anyway? ! They took your money first!! Their work is also very inconsistent. A decent head of braids one visit does not guarantee the same will happen the next visit!! After multiple visits, and after spending hundreds of dollars , I do not recommend!!"

"This is my 1st time here. Paid $200 for braids. The younger girl that started braids was super slow and I believe was learning or inexperienced. She started them to half a braid and an older lady finished each braid. I had 2 people on my head the entire time. It still took 10 1/2 hours. The work was below quality work. Pictures included in this post shows all of the loose hair I have throughout many of my braids. I just got my hair braided last night. I went up there this morning to try having them to clean up the braids. The main lady i guess the owner pretended to be nice and act like she was cleaning the braids well here's the results. If you want your braids to be neat after you receive service I would not recommend this place. These braids looks like I've been swimming for a month. Not only did I not get what I asked for but the braids weren't even neat. Please do not waste time going to fast african hair braiding because these braids are a hot mess to be less than 24 hours old. Professional prices for kitchen braider work."
