"I was going to make an appointment and the office lady had such an attitude with me, I chose not to. She was so rude. If that's how they let the office staff talk to patients, then I can't imagine how the doctors talk to the patients."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I had set an appointment with Dr. Flowers. Almost a year ago. They said because I'm a new patient i wouldn't be able to get in for several months almost a year (which is fine I get that). 2 weeks from my appointment and they call to reschedule me because of whatever reason. The morning before my scheduled appointment they call me asking if I wanted to move my appointment up because they had an opening. I said no. They said that's completely fine we'll see you then. I get a call that same day in the late afternoon and they tell me I don't have a choice I have to chance my appointment again. Ended up canceling completely because they've switched up on me with barely. Extremely frustrating because I have a job, I took off for multiple times because of this and spent a YEAR waiting to see an OBGYN with them. I feel like because I'm a new patient they feel like it's okay to push me aside. Very upsetting and feels like they don't care enough for their new patients."

"Dr Flowers Is amazing but her front desk is appallingly rude, unapologetic and non- accommodating. I scheduled my 3 jobs around an important appointment and they never actually scheduled it. Now I have to wait 11 more days to be seen. Not professional at all."

"Dr. Flowers took care of me during my recent pregnancy and I had a great experience. She tells you what she will be doing and answers every question thoroughly. She listens and made sure I was okay with every decision. She focuses on the important, firm when she needed to be, very compassionate, and yet professional. I felt like her team work really well together; I could always count on her nurse, Tina, if I forgot to ask her anything. The hospital she uses, Baylor Grapevine, was also excellent. I am so grateful I went to her. She is indeed exceptional at what she does, I highly recommend her."

To simply put in words she is calm, collected and composed. Routine visits with her are always pleasant, she answers any queries we have and gives us enough info which we need work on as we progress through pregnancy. Her nursing staff Tina and Chris are so kind and helpful, they return to all ours requests on time.
