"Horrible black owned establishment. They don’t honor their own hours of business and walk-ins are not welcomed although it’s established that it is. 1. I called one day to see if the shop was open and available for business. The gentleman I spoke to the owner of the business and he affirmed that he was available. I dropped my Sons off for a haircut. Not even 10 minutes later I receive two missed calls. 30 minutes after the drop off my sons return home without a haircut, stating that the owner said he was all “booked” up. This was after he verified that he was available to service my Sons. 2. I called to verify that the shop was available for “Walk-ins”, the owner of the shop confirmed that they were. Approximately 15 minutes after the phone call, I dropped my sons off for a haircut. As I was pulling off, my son ran out of the shop calling for me. I stopped and my son said, “He said he’s all booked up. He said if you would’ve came when you called he would’ve been available.” Then my son told me the Barber/owner returned to his empty barber chair and pulled out his phone. There was one other barber in the shop servicing a customer and he tells my son, “I work by appointments only”. The shop was literally empty otherwise. People, this is an outrage. I’ve never experienced a business try so hard to not make money. I love supporting my own people, some make it ethically impossible to do so. I’m disgusted with this establishment and it’s lack of dedication to its community and the African American Father’s that are out here making it happen for their children. I pray, that the Lord gives everyone at this establishment a new passion for their honorable craft and a heart to serve the people, with or without “appointments” in Jesus name."

"I really like the barber in the first chair. They do struggle with having enough barbers on staff, so on Saturday mornings the wait in your car can be pretty enduring. In addition, sometimes their barbers will over-book, or be late to an appointment. Overall, I always enjoy my experience."

"Terrible. Barbers don’t listen at all. You tell them how You want your hair cut and they do the complete opposite. And they over charge for fixing THEIR own mistakes. Was charged $25 for a line up. And the line up was horrible."
