"I've been coming to this location for years and today's experience makes me reconsider. I ordered a curbside grocery pick up today and was disappointed to find that my produce had been bagged with cleaning supplies. The bottles leaked and got cleaning chemicals all over the food and it all had to be tossed and I was forced to go to another store to replace the spoiled food. I called to notify customer service of what happened and the woman replies with "...so do you want a refund?" My call was to alert your store/staff to avoid potential health hazards. Seems like people potentially being poisoned from negligence is not a concern for this store."

"Please please please stop putting gluten filled grocery items in the gluten free sections. This is incredibly misleading and I got very sick tonight because I thought that I was buying a product I regularly purchase, just to realize it was a variation that contained gluten. This has always been something that I have found irritating as a gluten free shopper at Jewel, and I sincerely hope you change it to make grocery shopping easier and more accommodating for people like me."

"Saturday morning, they have decided to relocate a ton of products. Cool. Only staff Member I could find was the lady running the self checkout. She was swamped. Pallets in the middle of the store."

"This location is convenient, but it is a smaller store. Therefore the selection just isn't quite up to par with other stores, especially in the produce and frozen foods sections. I find the layout to be a bit more confusing because it almost feels divided into two main sections in the middle. For quick shopping trips, it's good, but I don't expect to find the same variety of the larger stores. The staff, however, is always very friendly, and they seem to do a very good job of keeping shelves stocked and fixing up the place."

"This Jewel-Osco is pretty decent. The cashiers are always friendly. They have a really big produce section. They also have a large selection of beer, wine, and liquor. The cold beer selection and cold selzer selection is huge. However the cold wine is limited. They have a very large floral and balloons department. The front end is well laid out for long lines, which move quickly."
