"What an awesome park. Nice paved trails and fun things for small/young humans."
"I love how well the paths are marked. You can't get lost. The park is flat, great for a quick run. I also like that it is next to the river. I just wish the park were bigger, but if you know the trails leaving the park, you can connect to Fenton Park. Playground is most appropriate for smaller children."
"What can I say? My husband served in the US Navy up in the Seattle/Silverdale area for 8 years. Had both of our children up there. Moved down here when he decided to get out, as he is from Jefferson county. Both my kids were toddlers when we moved down here back in 2012... they grew up in this park and 60 other parks around town. When we got here, my very outdoorsy hubby bought us the book '60 Hikes within 60 Miles' within the St. Louis area. Before he passed away on August 1st, 2023, we had finished 75% of that book, and this park was where it began. Thank you St. Louis Parks and Recreation for giving us our greatest adventures."
"Nice park. Walking/biking trail, soccer fields, baseball, sand volleyball, picnic areas, water fountains, BMX track and more!"
"The park is BEAUTIFUL! Must have renovated since last time I was here. Right near a river with a couple places to look out. Great view! Many well paved Plath's to follow. One branches under the main road, which I find neat. There's a trail that leads directly away along the river and as you follow it the gentle hum of the cars slowly fades away... it's a very pretty experience! Many playgrounds are scattered about. Can't help but think it'd be a great place to take your kids. Play a bit, walk bit, play a bit, walk."
