"I would have loved to give the store five stars. The store was clean had everything you can think of even the people that were working there were super nice. But I gave it a low score, because when I went to the register and had everything run up I noticed quite a few price differences. What the price said and it rang up as were two completely different things. After I mentioned this discrepancy to the cashier she sent me to the customer service desk. After doing price adjustments I’m quite a few items it was a $26 overcharge. Just to give you an example the eggs are on sale for $1.19 and ring up at 699. So if you go there, make sure that you mentally know what the prices are and check as they are ringing you up that you are getting the correct price"
"I am sorry to give this store such a low rating because I like their selection and their prices are good. But this particular Tony’s is where customer service goes to die. It’s awful. Today was the third visit I’ve made here, and each one was worse than the next, so I’m not going back. I didn’t want to base my opinion on one bad visit, but after 3, I’m done. I think the problem stems from not enough people working there, and the people they do hire are not good at their jobs. They all seem angry and stressed, and the entire experience is just grim. I can shop anywhere, and from now on it will be anywhere else but this Tony’s. Here’s one example: They had bags of limes on sale, but every bag I picked up had a rotten or brown lime in it. I went to Customer Service on an unrelated matter, and as I started to talk, I was told to “Wait.” And he walked away. When he returned a few moments later, he said “What is it?” Rude & dismissive. No idea how to talk to people."
"Today I have a very bad experience in this store the employee from the meat department I pressed the number machine and the man was ignoring me. Until another man came and only then did he start calling out the numbers. The people at the meat department are always rude, better customer service at Jewel. Train your employees better in customer service."
"Tony's quality has gone down at this store. They stock their shelves with old products. Nothing fresh here. Meat is all black they mix it up with other meat that looks fresh but as soon as you get home and open it up it smells and you'll find the old pieces mixed on the bottom. There's so much more wrong at this store. Please managing department stop selling old, rotten, moldy food to customers. The majority of customers have children! Today just did it. How long has this box gone unnoticed???"
"Great employees, bountiful selections. Then comes checkout. See my photos. Luckily I only had a few items & was able to use self checkout. I was in a rush too. The Friday freebie helps sooth this..."
