"Took 4+ hours to even get a room. Told us to come here before 10 which we did to be the first ones to go in and nothing. Checked again an hour and half later and said there many infront of us even tho we got there when it was pretty much empty. Checked again and said 5 people were infront and that it could be longer because of appointments. Keep i mind we tried to get an appointment but they said they only take appointments for other days of the week.if you plan to come here be prepared to spend pretty much your whole day here."

"wait time is horrible. why does the door say “lunch: 2pm-3pm” if the doctors don’t come back till almost 5pm? they just kept saying 10 or 20 mins ended up being 3 hours."

"Website says they open at 8:00 the doctor doesn’t go in until 9:30-10:00 then I we t back in the afternoon at 1:30 they said the doctor won’t be there until 3:30 they don’t have those times online so disappointed to take my kid out of school for no reason"

"Doctor is nice and staff is always very friendly but wait time is horrible. It's been a 2:30 to 3 hour wait EVERYTIME we go. I go with two little ones and it's frustrating for them and myself to wait that long."
