"Was assigned this doctor by my insurance company. Today I called and attempted to make an appointment. First words out of the receptionist were "Do you take narcotics? or any antidepressants? Because we don't prescribe those here. "I said "that is fine, just give me a referral to who can." And her next response was " NOTHING is available till October" (that's 8 months away). So needless to say, I call my insurance and filed a grievance. My PCP is changed to someone who CARES about patients. If you want a doctor you can see in a timely manner, look elsewhere. This one is only in it for the money!"

"Dr Lozano is good, but extremely difficult to get scheduled. The PA’s are okay, but I really don’t need a PA to read my blood work. Last visit, the PA was 8-10 feet away from me. They didn’t listen to my heart or anything that added value. The office staff is rude. I’m choosing to no longer be a Patient Patient and to take my healthcare elsewhere."
