"If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. To start off my 1st visit was 6 hours. My second visit 4 hours and as I’m now sitting at the office waiting to be seen it’s been another 4 hours so far . For the 10 minute consultation she gives you every time. As I’m sitting here waiting I see that they schedule numerous girls at the same time when lobby and front desk area are full. Why schedule a numerous amount of moms and have them waiting for hours ? Some sitting some standing. Don’t schedule so many moms if you can’t keep up. Secondly , I think it’s ridiculous that my fiancée or any other father can’t come into the appointments with you. Mind you it’s my 1st pregnancy and any other mom would want the father of their child to be present. Lastly the receptionists are just horrible here no good customer service at all they are very rude and get bothered when you ask them questions. These girls are the head of the company why act so unprofessional. 2 weeks ago I called in question to sign the papers for my medical records to be released I’ve found a different Obgyn reasons stated above ^ The receptionist clearly stated they will have my records ready in my next visit. I let her know I didn’t want to be seen just my records given to me she stated “ no problem “. I called 1st thing in the morning to verify with the receptionist she said she would get Dr.Mona and the nurses to gather my records I’ve waited patiently but of course after 4 hours you begin to get anxious , hungry , and frustrated. When I get up to ask what’s the wait she says it can take up to 15 days to be released. Why did no one tell me that ? There’s no reason to argue with these women if they will just give you the runaround. I don’t recommend this facility to any new mom. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere."
"I had pictures taken at my first ultrasound and second ones I was told they were going to send them to my phone I waited for weeks and now they tell me they never said anything about it like IDCif I'm early in pregnancy any photo matter to me"
"I am very big on customer service, I am always polite and professional as I expect the same in return. I do want to make my review directed to whoever is at the front desk. My general doctor issued a referral for Dr . Mona over a month ago, during this period of time I didn’t received a courtesy call a day before, I had to call cause I wasn’t even sure about the appointment since nobody tried to reach out, I also did call because I thought my appointment was on that same day and I didn’t want to miss it. When I called the day before first of all the receptionist couldn’t even say where I was calling to… I really had to ask since it sounded like a regular person just picked up said hello. Definitely has an attitude problem. On the day of my appointment as I came in first thing she says is I can’t be there without a mask, I don’t have an issue with that I certainly would’ve brought one if i knew, but since majority of establishments are not enforcing it and if they are they do advice their clients and have extra masks for people like me who don’t wear one. After that I asked if she had one, she ignored me and went about her things and just told me to take a seat without even asking my name or purpose of being there. A patient came in after me and receptionist did ask her name and just let her inside ( she did had a mask on) I had to get up and ask if she had a mask if not so I could go buy one, she literally pulled one from her desk, so she did had face masks she was just making things harder and giving attitude. Then she proceeded to ask for insurance and ID, I didn’t have my insurance which was my mistake, only because I thought since my doctor did the appointment I really thought they’ll give that info to them. Once again on the previous call before the appt I wasn’t advice or even told ANYTHING. What really got me upset was the fact she just said “ You never been here so you do need that, it should have been on your referral” didn’t even apologize for her lack of professionalism for not advising a NEW patient. To be clear it wasn’t on my referral I went to my car just to get the paper and show her, needless to say I walked out and just canceled my appointment. I wouldn’t even consider going back after the way I was treated with 0 decency and she didn’t seem to care one bit."
"Receptionist in the front need some updated training on customer service, as well as a review on expected job duties. they are the first and last person we see when in the office, so wouldn’t you want to leave a good impression of the environment? receptionist is not helpful whatsoever and is very persistent. I called to speak to one of the nurses for advice from a MEDICAL professional and didn’t want to transfer me and just told me to go to knapp, when i could simply get an answer from them instead of having to wait 4+ hours in a emergency room. One of my appointments i forgot my mask and kindly asked if I can have one from them, she said they didn’t have any and referred me to cvs or stripes to go buy some, so I did. when i came back to the office to check in, another patient in front of me asked receptionist for a mask, this time it was a different receptionist, and she gladly gave her one. The other inconsiderate girl told me I needed to go buy some because they didn’t have any, and by the time i came back i was late for my appointment and just to find out also that they had mask to give to patients this whole time? she gives dr mona, and the whole office a very bad impression."
"Visited Dr. Mona’s clinic on Monday June 20, 2022 and let just say the visit was not good. I had an appointment @1 and as with any other doctor I’ve visited, I expected to be seen within the first 10-15 minutes of checking in since I already had an appointment scheduled. When I asked how long the wait was they told 30 min - 1 hr and the receptionist didn’t have a valid reason as to why it would take so long for me to be seen, she basically said that’s just how long it was gonna take. I had gone to the clinic prior to this visit and had waited over an hour to be seen and once I was called, I still had to wait another 15 minutes in another waiting room before going to the room where I was actually going to be seen by the doctor. The wait times are unnecessarily long, seems like the staff thinks only their time is important. Back to Monday, after waiting for about 40 min my name was finally called and once in the back I was told the device I went in to get was not in the clinic yet and wouldn’t be available till the next day. I took the day off for this appt just to be told this, no call ahead about the issue or anything and apparently the receptionist couldn’t tell me this when I checked in. I had received a call on Friday prior to the appt to confirm I was still available but they didn’t tell me the device wasn’t going to be in on time even though they already knew it. I only get one day off a week and they wasted my time. On top of this I feel the clinic is one of the most unsanitary clinics I’ve been in, everything feels so dirty in there. I felt gross being there and immediately threw my clothes in the dirties and took a shower once I was home. I honestly wouldn’t go back if I had the choice but unfortunately since I wasn’t able to get what I needed on Monday I have to wait until July 18, almost a whole month, to go back because apparently the Dr. is going on vacation."
