"My second visit here with my wife and already have experienced another red flag by the front office receptionist. The first visit, I walked with a BLACK coffe; NO signs of any kind about drinks in the office; and the receptionist ERIKA, some older woman with glasses; sneers at me at me very condescending and pretentious about not having any drinks in the office and not even having 3 seconds walked in or explained what I had. The drink was for my wife as a request. This second visit, we are coming for my wife’s sonogram and I had just sat down and I randomly see the same woman ERIKA/receptionist, peering and creepily peering at me thru the huge built in fish tank in the wall they have in the office; this caught by surprise and startled me and I just had to make sure what was going on was really going. ERIKA, again, very pretentious, condescending and snobby asks me; WHO ARE YOU HERE WITH? As if she did not see me but 2 minutes ago right in front of her with my wife in front of the lobby window. I don’t know what her problem is or issues are, but her character is more than enough to make us look for another doctor after this last and final visit. Dr Ronald Blanco needs re evaluate some of his staff."

"The staff I'm not so fond of. The doctor I do like ,for he is attentive and professional. The wait is ridiculous.. I always find myself either having to reschedule or spending my whole day waiting to be called.. it is horrible. They need to work on their staff and their wait time"

"Wonderful Doctor that actually has patients best interest at heart, not just here for the pay like MOST Doctors. Nurses are great aswell and , front receptionist initially I’ll admit I was not very fond of but, after my first visit I liked her . 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. (Abdominal Hysterectomy)"

"HORRIBLE STAFF!!! I had the worst experience with this office. His front staff are very rude. I tried to be kind with them to see if they would match my energy, but they always seem to show off that they don't want to be there and it's such a bother when we come in. Any question I would ask, they would answer with such attitude. I brought this up to Dr.Blanco letting him know how rude his receptionist are, how I felt harassed by them as well. I showed him all the negative reviews he has online as well, to let him know , it's not just me, who feels this way. I don't think anything was done after that, because I called a few days after for a follow up question, Attitude was still the same with his staff. Dr.Blanco is an ok doctor. I'm not going to say he is great, because I went with him multiple times due to Menstrual Issues and I kinda feel like he never read my chart , cause everytime he would come in and see me, He would ask me questions that I feel like he should already know, like what medication he prev prescribed me with or when did he prescribe it to me, and I had to remind him of other certain things , in every single appt. Which was about 2 or 3 times a month. So it wasn't like my appts were so far apart. Either way, he needs to review the chart before coming in to see the patient, Anyways. His staff in the back were great ladies. The problem was his front staff (receptionist) which are the 1st people we come in contact with for his office. I now have a different doctor, and never again will I go back to Dr.Blanco office."
