"Please DO NOT go here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews before going. First, the staff are so rude. They do not communicate with you or the other offices. I only saw Dr. Duran because I had to demand it. They would only let me see Ana the NP. My last visit I had to go in and I had to see Dr. Duran because he needed to see if I had a miscarriage. Which I did and that is not his fault. The problem is that the NP told me to be there at 11:30. I get there at the mission office which is where I always go and they tell me I have to go to San Juan. I drive all the way to San Juan and walk in and they tell me Dr. Duran is going back to mission and I need to go there now. I asked if he could see me since I just drove there from mission and she rudely told me no. Everyone was super rude about it too. Making it seem like I was a problem for asking. I went back to mission and he was 45 minutes later than he said he would be. He also knew I was waiting the whole time. I was sick with a cold, trying to see if I had had a miscarriage and they were running me all over the place and made me wait hours. Not one person even apologized. The fact that they don’t respond to these reviews lets you know they don’t care. Also, the lobby could not be more uncomfortable. I was honestly shocked. You have pregnant women coming in to see you and you have a few metal chairs lined up against the wall? Please don’t go here. The offices are horrid as are the people that work there."

"Can't get a hold of this clinic, my appointment was today and I kept calling them to confirm and no answer spent the whole day calling and this is just ridiculous they will hang up for no reason."

"If I could give them a 0 I would. The lady who did my ultrasounds was always nice but the reception staff is god awful. Attitude right out the gate. I’ve been going here since the beginning of my pregnancy. I’m past due so I went in today to make sure everything was okay and maybe make a plan for induction. I was met with only rude staff that told me I wasn’t on there records and kept asking for receipts that they should have copies of. Just plain disorganized and very rude. I ended up leaving without even getting a check up"
