"Dr. Kristy Morales is no longer practicing in the valley, I was having problems trying to contact her office but no answer. I finally called another suite in the building and was told she had moved up state. I am not sure why they haven't updated their business information. Very unfortunate, she was very kind and so was her staff."

"The system is very bad, I had an appointment today at 2:45 p.m. I arrived 15?minutes early and when I got there the receptionist told me Doctor Morales was not there, that she had to step out to MMC and she wouldn’t know by what time she will be back. I asked her how come I was not advised? I had to asked for a day off from work and she only replied “I’am sorry” then I said Well I will wait until Doctor comes back I finished my paper work and when I go to the window receptionist told me oh Doctor Morales is not coming back, again! How come I was not advised? Very bad communication from front staff to patients!"

"The service by the Doctor has been great. However, the service by the waiting room staff is not acceptable. We were all seated in the waiting room with plenty of open seats and plenty of space for social distancing. A young lady came in with a very recent newborn who had some medical issue. Because of this reason the Father did not want to keep the baby down in the vehicle with him. The mother brought the baby with her to the receptionist and asked if it was ok if her baby stayed with her and explained the reasons. The receptionist then had to call someone to find out if it was ok. Then this young mother was informed she would have to wait down the hallway in a separate waiting room or in her vehicle until called. I feel like this is completely inconsiderate as there are many mothers that are nursing and would want their babies with them. I don't believe the rule not allowing children back is considerate of women nor of the baby."

"Dr. Kristy Morales, and midwife Simone are the best. I had the best Labor & Delivery experience thank you Simone for being there for me and my little blessing Penelope born 12/27/18. Thank you for being by my side during my delivery, I couldn’t of done it without you. Thank you Dr. Morales for coming to see me just like you said you would the next early morning. I recommend Dr. Morales with avalley Care Clinics to any expecting moms, Dr. Morales and her office staff are the best at what they do."

"I’m picky about OB/GYN practices because this is a veryyyyyyy important body part and I want it handled with as much care as possible. I had the plesure of visiting her office twice and starting off the ladies at the window were on it! They were quick with administrative in processing and scheduling. Then, I was introduced to the midwife. The professionalism and knowledge she exhibited definitely made me trust any decision she had as a medical professional. Finally, I meet Dr. Morales and I must say OVERALL SHE IS THE BEST DOCTOR I’VE EVER HAD AS AN ADULT!!! I highly recommend her to everyone!"
