"I use the pharmacy here and man the drive thru is the slowest in town. Today made a mistake and stopped by to pick up my meds not at the best time and there was 1 car in front of me. The line was going at 20 mins/car. Will switch my pharmacy."

"I will not shop at the Rand and Ela Jewel any longer. My husband and I were treated rudely at the service counter a few days ago by a lady names Angela. My husband wanted to buy a package of ground beef that was a buy one get one. They only had one package in the meat cooler so he asked an employee in that area. They said they would check to see if there was more in back. She came back in one second and said no there wasn’t any more. She said to ask at the service counter if they could do a price adjustment. We went to the service counter to see if we could get a rain check or a price adjustment for just buying the one package. Angela was terribly rude and said we don’t give deals! It was not a big deal since we can afford to buy groceries even at full price. But the rudeness and condescending comment was uncalled for. There are plenty of grocery stores in our area but this store is the best at having rude employees . I won’t be shopping at this Jewel moving forward"

"Cashier Lidia is disgustingly rude. Apart from no greeting or interaction when ringing me out, she starts doing other tasks without giving me my produce. If I pay for my produce I would appreciate you giving me my produce. NO CUSTOMER NEEDS YOUR NASTY ATTITUDE."

"Very large and superior grocery store. Great deli and liquor department. Have Prime meat, huge selection of most items,flower department is good, sushi selection is good. So many good things can say about this store. Very much more Grand than any other Jewel that I have ever been in. Only drawback is some of their prices are a bit higher."

"Nice Jewel in a convenient residential location. Relatively modern renovations, large produce and deli departments. Staff is always willing to help and the store is well stocked and kept clean. Not as heavily trafficked as some other locations which is very nice."
