"I usually get good assistance here. I do a ton of printing and need it quickly. I have noticed a slower response to completed jobs lately. Sometimes I just have to go check on it. The reason I still give 4 stars is because the job is usually complete, just lacking notification of such."
"I’ve been coming to this staples for a long time now. I choose this location over any other because I love the outstanding customer service. However, I’m not really happy with some of the new staff. They seem to always not want to do what’s requested at the print section. They make up excuses as to why they can’t do something & I don’t like that. I guess i will only get the service I need when a familiar worker is there (which is inconvenient) Please train them on everything before hiring them :)"
