"Your check in system is flawed! On more than one occasion I’ve checked in with a wait time only to find out I have a longer wait when I get there. Today was the last time. Been a customer for years but won’t be going back even if I do have to pay more. The 2 stars are for the people that work there. I see, looking through other low ratings, that I should email or call customer service. So why don’t you be a sport and forward this complaint for me."
"2nd Visit: dropped one star due to payment system was so sensitive to touch, as husband was paying for both of us seniors for cuts ($17x 2 = $34) he asked as he pointed to $6 tip and I said no $8 , but the credit card thingy rang up both for a $14 tip!. Now she was good but not to get 40% tip! Your machine needs to not be so sensitive. First time here. Accurate wait time, nice staff, good haircut! Will be back"

"Today was a better day than last visit. Bree is professional and great at what she does. She literally brought my nephews hair cut back to life in front of my eyes. I will not bash the person that butchered his hair before, but there are some people you should avoid. If you're new here Ask for Bree she will get you right!!!"
"Much less wait time than other locations during the back to school rush. I was disappointed not to find a back to school special going on. Stylist did a great job and really listened to what my teenager wanted for a hair cut."
