"Play kids love going here. There are plenty of fun things for them to do and climbing all over the damn as enjoyable but there are also trails that go through the woods with lots of fun things to see as well as a creek to play in when the water is running."
"Aldean Park is a clean family friendly and large park for being in the middle of the city. I love hiking the trails through the forest on the east side of the park. There's a large hill that everyone goes sledding on I. The winter. I see a lot of family's use the shelter to throw party's. People bring their dogs to hike the trails or just walk them along the road ways through the park. Always being kept up with a grounds keeper (like a park ranger)."
"Seems like small but you can make 3-4 miles walk there early. Beautiful creek with small bluffs outcroppings. Park us backing Rockford University. The dam is in process of demolishing, and in future it will be no graffiti allowing there."
