"I don't know how these people are even in business. I called them out last December to change the lication of my service. They took the job and told me I had to put half the money down for a deposit. I did as they asked. They put me off for a week then called me to inform me that it was Christmas and one of the guys wanted off for Christmas..they said they would get with me the first of 2024...I said ok.. I finally called them in February and got their answering machine and asked if I was still their coustomet..they called me back and assured me I was. They said they would be out in a couple of days...the next week they call to tell me, the only guy that could do the job had an accident and it woukd be a couple of weeks before they vould get out my way. It's now the end of February, it's 11:14, they said they would be at my place at 10:00. They said they would need to put the ground rod in abd then it would be a couple more weeks before they could finish the job. I'm very dissatisfied with this business, and I would recommend that you seek anyone but these people to do electrical work, because apparently all the want is the money up front and heck with doing the job."

Barry rearranged his schedule to get to my job immediately, as I had lost electricity the night before, and needed immediate repairs. They were quick, fairly priced and professional. He was kind and professional through every interaction and our new switches, lighting, and ceiling fans are all great. "We hired Barry and Kyle to come to our newly purchased house because the entire electrical system needed modernization and better electrical safety (PushMatic panels are dangerous). They gave us what I would call an exceptionally competitive contract for the large amount of work to be done... very satisfied with the price. Additionally, the communication with them was well above expectations. They frequently would send pictures with progress and if they had any questions on a task they thoroughly communicated with me. They were totally honest with their work and when they discovered that some of the work to be done was unnecessary and redundant they contacted me, and we decided not to do it - a less than honest person may have charged for that as a non-electrician would probably not know the difference... I had total trust in Barry and Kyle! Finally, the electrical craft that they performed was well above expectations, but I suppose that's to be expected from one of the few certified Master Electricians in Southern Illinois! Totally recommended - if you need an electrical job done small or large!"
