"Was in the area and decided to get a haricut. Absolutely worst cut ever from a non-korean speaking lady (possibly Mongolian)? Not that race has anything to do with it but she was terrible. Not sure how the other stylists are but avoid the one that doesn't speak Korean and squints while she tries to cut hair."

"I normally go to the location inside Assi but I decided to try out the one by hmart. I was a little concerned because the most recent reviews were one stars. They started service for me quickly as soon as I came in. I liked the service over here and wasn’t pressured to tip a certain amount."

"Do not be fooled. This place is careless about quality charging you 30 dollars for haircuts. Horrible service and very inexperienced. They cant even keep up with walk ins, so they do not care about quality, only speed to get to the next person in line. Like I mentioned you shouldnt be paying nowhere near 30 for cuts you get here. Worst service. Will never go back here again."

"I do curls. I asked many times that I wanted to keep the length of my hair, but she cut me off too much hair. After she cut my hair, she told me that it would cost me $300 to do curly hair. I told her the price of last time I came do some curls included tip it’s $180, however finally she told me that it would cost me $250 without tipping. Although I was very unhappy after this. But I still pay 15% tip, And she forced me to give her $50 tips. Which is ridiculous. Tipping is how much the customer chooses to give, and as someone in the service industry, she should be aware of that."
