"We had the best time at the pizza making class yesterday! Food and drinks were delicious and they were able to adjust recipes according to dietary restrictions. Chef Tim and Ryan are great hosts, explain everything in simple steps and give useful tips. The space is gorgeous and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. It’s my third class so far and I enjoyed each one of them! Looking forward to going back and try all the different cuisines. Perfect way to celebrate a special occasion or just for date night."

"Amazing tasting night. The tomahawk steak was, of course, the star. I was surprised by the salad. The blueberry goat cheese hit the spot and the play on French onion soup was delightful."

"What a fun, tasteful, and educational experience with these guys for their pizza making class. Tim and his fellow chef helped us feel comfortable making pizza dough and turning out awesome pizza options. We did the Beverage pairing with a Sparkling Rose, Pinot Noir, and then a Cab…all three complimented what we were eating. Can’t wait to go back for his other classes!! Even going to approach my company for their team building options."

"Let me start by saying that this was my wife and I's first chef table experience (not including hibachi grills). It was a fun and unique experience that we're very excited to have again. Tim and Ryan did a great job at not only preparing our meal, but they gave us a ton of insight on the different dishes we would be enjoying. Everything from what to look for when purchasing our meats/fish/shell fish down to the final preparation. There are too many great things to try and share at this juncture, but I'd like anyone who hasn't been here to come and experience it for yourself. The décor was really cool. The green was patterned after the color of the XL Big Green Eggs that they use and the gold accents really popped throughout (even in the rest room). Tim and Ryan were able to draw everyone out of their shells and get us all talking with each other and them. They invited us to walk around and check out the how they were grilling our steaks and lobsters. It almost felt like were in a very large home kitchen. I have so many great things to say about our wonderful evening than I have time to type. If you have any questions, just ask. **One criticism, this is my own pet peeve, the bathroom was not as clean as I think it should've been, but I am a freak. LOL. Tim don't hate me.**"

"Wow! What an awesome experience! We went to the European Date night and the food, wine, cleanliness, and hospitality were on point! My favorite was the French onion soup! So much yum! Everything was cooked to our liking…..gorgeous seasoning, perfectly prepared succulent sauces, and that tiramisu (from the Gods)! It’s pretty special that Katy, TX offers a chefs table experience such as this! It’s worth the drive from all around for sure. The cozy environment makes it easy to converse with friends, an absolutely perfect date night, or a single culinary adventure. We have already booked two additional adventures to Flavors on Fire, one for my Birthday and one for a girlfriends group! Another impressive note…..they did such a great job with allergies and dietary needs. This truly impressed us. 5 big stars! See you soon!"
