Pizza Hut 23927 Farm to Market Road 529, Katy, TX 77493

"I have been going here since they opened this new location. I was glad to know there is a pizza hut 5 minutes from home. My pizzas were almost perfect everytime. I had one overcooked pizza, but they made it right. (The oven had malfunctioned) One bad experience doesn't mean all will be that way. We are human. Thus based off of my orders here, I am satisfied. These pictures are of 2 separate occasions. Keep up the good work!"

"Zero Stars if possible! I placed an order on line at 4:30 PM for 4 pizzas and 3 double orders of breadsticks. It said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I gave then 30 minutes since it was a bigger order. I arrived at 5 PM and was told my order hadn't been started yet. I asked how long it would take since it was for a group of children who were participating in a competition at 6 PM . The cashier said no longer than 15 minutes so I agreed. 17 minutes later the cashier calls me over and tells me they are out of pan pizza dough and breadsticks for over an hour and that they could replace it with all hadn't tossed pizzas . I asked how long again and she said 12 minutes. I asked for the manager and explained the situation. He stated they were busy and there was nothing he could do about it. There were about 5 employees standing around talking and not working. And only 3 customers came in during the 43 minutes I was in the Delco and they all had issues with their orders as well. The manager didn't even try to comp me anything or give me a discount. I have manged 2 Pizza Huts in NJ and this store is a mess. They center load pizzas and they come out burnt while also raw several times. They get talked about all the time on our community Facebook about how terrible the service is. I really think this store needs be be manged better and possibly hire all new staff."

"We were so excited to have a Pizza Hut close that delivers to us. We have ordered multiple times from this location and each time the order is wrong or undercooked. Tonight was the last time...I'm done giving them chance after chance. Our pizzas were 30 mins late, had raw dough in the center, and mine looked like it was made by a toddler (no disrespect to toddlers). Picture added. My husband took them back to have our order remade. He said the place was full of teenage-looking employees standing around talking and ignoring customers. When he got home with our remade pizzas...mine had no meat!! I ordered double pepperoni and new hot honey. Got the hot honey and NO pepperoni. My husband looked at the top box to check doneness, but didn't look at the bottom one (my pizza) so he didn't realize the error. They need a new manager, the franchise representation here will turn people off to Pizza Hut as a whole. Evidently corporate doesn't read these reviews because mine is one of MANY describing the exact same issues."

"When we found out there was a Pizza Hut near us we were excited to say the least. However after ordering multiple times it is clear that this location does not have any pride in their work or their product that goes out the door. Pan pizzas have raw dough in the middle. They outdid themselves this time by serving raw chicken. Yes cold and pink in the middle. Don’t take my word for it please see attached photos. Just like another reviewer I tried to contact the store and whenever you choose to speak with someone at the location the line just hangs up. I’m glad that it was just myself that had the misfortune of biting into one of these and not my toddler or pregnant wife."

"Supporting restaurants when they first open can sometimes be a hit or miss. Minus one issue, I’m happy to report that this location exceeded my expectations. The customer service is top notch. Smiling faces and kindness mean a lot these days. I ordered a large thin crust, Cajun fries, and bbq boneless wings. Everything was delicious. I could use a little more sauce on the pizza, but I may just need to ask for more next time. The boneless wings didn’t have the overly thick breading that you sometimes get at pizza chains. Lastly, the Cajun fries were awesome, but I was disappointed about the amount that I received for over $3.00. The hut lane was fast and convenient. I really hope this location will continue to be a success. Kudos to the manager and opening team!"
