The girl that did my manicure and pedicure really did a great job, especially my pedicure because I haven't did a pedicure for at least 7months so imagine the work i gave her and she did it well and with care. "Nails only 6 days old and half grown out already because of not painting near the cuticle. Looks like I haven’t had a manicure in weeks. Gel manicure but Chipped on multiple fingers. Asked for square shape and got nothing close to square. More like oval round. This was my first time here out of sheer necessity and unfortunately will be my last."

"I want to preface by saying I’m totally bias to Lotus because I used to work thereas a receptionist. However, they are now the only place I will go even though I have now stopped working there because I know exactly the level of cleanliness and procedures that they use. All the technicians are amazing and very sweet women. The owner (my old boss) really cares about the clients and does her best to learn names and get to know the people that come in. I only get to go in every so often now but I always look forward to it!"

"I had been here several times for a pedicure and found it to be a pleasant atmosphere, really clean, nice equipment, and overall great service. Today they were running what ended up being 30 minutes late, and they acted like they were holding up the Vice President or something! Every person working there apologized and thanked me for my patience, and they added a paraffin wax treatment that I’m now going to have to buy every time because it was great. They went way out of their way to make it right, and I couldn’t have been more impressed or grateful for that customer service. I won’t go anywhere else! Thank you! ❤️"
