"When I walked in, I thought it was a great place to try. They had a great variety of colors to pick from. Although when picking out colors they were really pushing me to add on this or that. Fast forward to removing my polish now, I am disappointed. My nail-beds are damaged now (when they weren’t before). I went somewhere local to remove it and they had a very difficult time removing this no chip when I have gotten this service done elsewhere plenty of times and have never had an issue. Updated: weeks later and my nails are still weak from this, discolored, DENTED and bubbling in various spots. My nails have never looked this bad bare EVER!! UPDATED 1/17/24: went to show them after a month…..the manager responded to my review she “wanted to make it right”……. By make it right, She was going to charge me (with 10% off) to get my nails done again after giving me every excuse in the book of why it isn’t their fault that my nails look the way they do right now. I walked out unhappy, unheard and disappointed more"

"I really enjoyed my experience at the nail bar, but am leaving a low rating because two of my nails chipped in less than a week. Although the salon had a 3 week guarantee for dip nails, I could not return to get them fixed because I was in from out of town. I requested a partial refund but the manager said the only option was for me to come back. I explained that I’m out of town and she said she understood but that was the only way she could fix it. The nail tech did a nice job I’m just bummed that it lasted a few days and the salon was not willing to work with me on finding a solution."

"I have been getting my nails done for 25 years and Chic Couture is by far and away my favorite. The entire staff is so welcoming and happy, the interior is beautiful and clean, and Vincent is an absolute gem. He is so friendly, time efficient, and my nails have never looked better. I am very much into details and Vincent scores a perfect 10 with me every time. From shape to color and everything in between, he is the best."

"I am so happy I found this gem. The salon is clean and welcoming. My 1st time there I didn't know what to expect, I had Tia, she was great. Now it's the only place I will go. I travel almost an hour to come here. They have a quick check in process and if you have to wait a bit, that's not an issue, there are comfy chairs to sit in, a wall full of every color nail polish imaginable to choose from, and they offer you something to drink while you wait or get your service done. From water to wine. Made a mistake and went somewhere else to get a pedicure, 2 days later, went to Chic Couture and Chole was able to fix it for me. If you like nail art, everyone there is talented, I just bring in a picture of what I want, and I get exactly that! One time I broke a nail 14 days after I got them done, so I came back to get it fixed and they didn't even charge me. Said that up to 14 days coverage on fixing nail issues. Like what?!? No one dose that. Good news at my nails normally last about a month before they need to be done again. Definitely coming back with the girlfriends to do a girls day out."
