"Maple Avenue has had two of its lanes shut down due to construction of their ever-expanding campus. Apparently, Old Parkland thinks that it OWNS the public streets that pass in front of it and are free to shut down lanes at will. I'm a resident just across the street from them. Old Parkland is a bad neighbor! It's nearly impossible for the people who live near Old Parkland to drive anywhere without having to be stuck in traffic due to the closed lanes or have one of their rent-a-cops jump in front to traffic to make drivers stop for those who work at Old Parkland jaywalking across the street (never at an intersection, of course.)"
