"Placed an online order for a specific character balloon for my 3 yo's birthday, because it said this store had two in stock. Arrived at the store 2 hours later after getting the text message that my order was ready, only to be told that they didn't have it. I was informed I would get a refund in 3-5 days whenever the manager returns. Seriously? You can't even call to let me know you're not going to be able to fulfill it, you just let me drive in?? Ordered another character balloon last year along with a bunch of balloons from this store and they deflated 50% within 12 hours. Stay away! A waste of money, terrible customer service."
"They must have remodeled recently because this is the nicest Party City I've seen lol. Bright, clean, and well-organized. Staff was super attentive as well, asking if I needed help and opening additional registers when the line started to build up. I do wish Party City carried "goodbye party/farewell" decorations, but when I called ahead to ask, they recommended I use solid colors and I was able to find enough to make it work."
"Be careful with party city there are company owned stores and franchises and these have two different sets of rules. Its insane this company has stores that don't accept returns on their returns eligible list. when i was in there another person showed up with a return and was told to go to a different store"
"The store was very well organized, unfortunately I couldn’t find what I was looking for not sure if Halloween coming up has an impact on that. But they had several boxes neatly stacked and haven’t had time or staff to restock…"
"Finally a Party City in central Austin! Opened in Dec. 2022, they have a wide variety of party themes, plates, candies, decorations, balloons, etc. I bought some edible truck decorations for my kid’s birthday cake here."
