"Lost me when I paid 120 dollars (excluding tip)for a root touch up and grey patches all throughout. Told me I could come back and they will fix it but I would have to wait and they don’t know how long the wait will be as they are busy, they would also be able to wash but will not be blow dried. Very upsetting as I don’t know how you didn’t see all the greys when it was blow dried the first time. I didn’t think I had to check all areas as these are master colorists. I should not have to sit there, wait and have an unfinished service as this was not my problem. Thank you for your services in the past, will not be coming back."
