"Spent close to $200,000 in the last three years with Deopot exclusively. Many properties and store front build outs. I am in multiple Home Depot systems throughout St. Louis region. I have a valid DL MO. Walked in to pro desk , told the gentleman i need to make a phone payment in about an hour after I gather my materials, He paused and said oh no, we stopped that a long time ago. I said i've done this before in this exact store and I have a valid ID. He said nope sorry we stopped doing that. So with that I I left and immediately called other Home Depot's to which they replied, I can look you up by phone number if I can find you then no problem. They found me. You would think Chesterfield Home Depot would want a couple thousand dollar sale today and minimum $10,000 next week . But that would not be the case with the younger pro desk looking guy . Every other Home Depot told me sir we want your sale we will search for you in our system as they did in they did find me . Never again shall I set foot in that store and questioning my purchases with the other ones. March 28, 2017 2:30pm. Customer service should be number one priority."
