"My typical go to place for pedi and no chip mani. Friendly and clean place. Large enough that you don’t get many fumes in the air and they always have the British bake off show on tv (muted) which is nice to watch."

"I’ve given this salon many chances, I like Sarah but the charge is 45$ without tip for no chip and EVERY SINGLE time 3-6 nails break in less than 5 days. Today is Saturday _ I was there Wednesday night and 2 nails are broken - they won’t fix till Monday. I have 2 events this weekend. Don’t waste your time or money. I’ve tried everyone there. Owner included. Never once have they offered a discount for the poor quality. Won’t go back."

"I had my nails done here last Friday. I got a no chip manicure. It is now Tuesday and they have all chipped and lifted. I’m very upset that I paid 45$ for nails that barely lasted 4 days. This was also the sloppiest manicure I’ve ever gotten. I did add an extra star because everyone there was very nice and the facility was very clean."

"I'm disappointed to be writing this review because I have been a J Nails patron for many years and I've spent hundreds of dollars on their services. They have always been so friendly and accommodating. I recently had a French manicure no chip done in which the white was discolored and chipped off after one day. I returned to show them how badly the color and no chip had gone. They wrapped my fingers in the foil and polish remover and had me sit for almost thirty minutes, at which point the skin on my fingers was so dried out it started to peel. Other customers were coming in to the salon (no appointment!) and were being taken before me. I felt like I was being punished and was legitimately in pain. Only did they come take the foil off when they saw me taking it off myself, upset and preparing to leave. Someone finally came and finished the rest of my service, managing to cut my already sensitive finger with clippers, and then charged me full price! For their mistakes! After the amount of time and money I have spent at this salon, I will never be returning. I am extremely disappointed in my treatment here."
