"I should have read the reviews, they are accurate! Extremely rude manager and staff. They do not honor refund policy. Went in to return a damaged product and the manager straight up just said it cannot be returned without even asking what’s wrong or letting me explain that it was a damaged product. Never returning back to party city."

"I went In today to purchase some party supplies for my 6 year olds party this Saturday. As I was grabbing what I needed my 6 year old grabbed a .20 lollipop and opened it. She gave me the wrapper so I could pay for it when we checked out. Since the second I walked in, the cashier ERIKA was watching us. My child placed her lollipop down and picked up a toy and got distracted. Non the less I had the wrapper in hand to pay for it. Shortly after ERIKA came up to me talking to me and my 6 year old so rudely. When I asked for a manager Erika stated she was a manager. She clearly has no manager experience. Once she used foul language infront of my child that’s when I got disrespectful right back. Then NANCY came in dropping the Fbomb and calling me out of my name… infront of my child and other people. I have NEVER had an issue at this store till today. As much money I have spent and as often as we go to get out party supplies I never have had a bad experience. I have called corporate and I’m waiting to hear back. Party City why do you have 3 managers working at the same time. And why isn’t there 1 main store manager who is above the 3 that claimed to be managers? Even the security guard apologized for your workers claiming they are just stressed out! I expect something to be done about this because it is NOT ok to talk crazy to your customers, especially a 6 year old!"

"Some of the items are expensive. Staff were somewhat rude when I went there one Sunday morning and gave me a face when I asked if I could use their restroom just so I can shop more, she said the restroom was out of order. Maybe it helped me control my spending that day. Will look for other places to shop. Oriental Trading is a better option."

"Service is fine but once again the balloons deflated not even 8hrs after. Special day for my mom and the dollar tree was out of helium and I was pressed for time. Hoping this time would be different I purchased balloons hoping they’ll stay inflate because years ago I order over 40 for my moms bday with delayed hrs later. At no surprise, after dinner all the balloons where on the ground. I’m glad she enjoyed her bday but for the money this was another disappointment. The helium machine might as well be removed from all locations of this is the norm."

"I don’t even know how to express to amount of disappointment I have. I paid a ridiculous amount of money to have 3 bouquets of balloons to decorate the office for my assistant’s birthday. I dropped them off at 5pm and came in at 7:30am the next morning and all but 5 balloons would not float anymore. I understand they don’t last a long time but after paying $1.50 just to inflate each single balloon I expected them to last at least 24 hours but they didn’t last 12. This is not right. Don’t bother wasting your money."
