"It was my first time visiting HIP and what a wonderful experience. My haircut couldn’t have been done better. Esteban is a genious and a hair master who knows it all. My hair is curly and was in a very bad state but he took time to understand my concerns. He made extra effort to detangle my matted hair and also suggested me good products . He was so quick to identify my hair issues and advised such good styles. I am a new mom so all this experience of self pamper was important and all I can say that Esteban made this the best one. Three cheers for him .. I am sorted now for my hair needs now. Again I could give 100 stars instead of just 5 here :).."

"Very disappointed would never come back here. Came on Saturday for silver gray heavy highlights as a middle aged male with short hair. Never had any color services before. Previously consulted with Tyler and was excited to have this done. Spent 4.5 hours in the salon on Saturday and came out with nothing. Had foil wrapping done twice as after first time had only a few yellow colored highlights barely noticeable. Clearly bleach was not on hair long enough and toner was used to get “gray”. Tyler admitted we have to do it all over again and there was not truly a big difference. In retrospect permanent gray color should have been applied on the bleached strands instead of toner. If he was such a color expert he should know. Now my hair is extremely processed and dry. I should have refused to pay for the service but I did and tipped as well. Lastly what kind of salon washes your hair and then sends you to a station to blow dry and style your own hair ?? Never experienced this before. Clearly this salon is all about quantity and not quality. Plus they use Schwarzkopf products which are an older and more inferior product line compared to what’s out there. Wasted my time and money and damaged my hair. Do you see silver gray highlights in the pic below? Sides are my own grays."
