"First time in the New Lenox shop. I used to frequent the Mokena one in 'Killer Plaza' but this is a lot closer to home. Kim did a wonderful job and therefore makes this my new place for manicures and pedicures. I will be returning. It is a very busy place but we'll managed."

"I used to love this place but the customer service is terrible if you ask them to fix a mistake. The pedicures are rushed as well. My nails have chipped the last two times in two days or less and my top matte coat came off at the tip. I hate change but it’s an appears that they have become the best of the worst."

"I would definitely recommend Classy Nails….even if you have short nails! I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, was told there would be a 30 minute wait. I ended up only waiting 10 minutes! Then, Lee gave me a no-chip manicure and he actually gave me a manicure before polishing my nails. I feel like most salons skip that part! I got OPI Red and paid $40 for a soak off and full mani. The cherry on top…..he didn’t use the drill on my natural nail….love that!!!"

"I presented with an awful set the salon across the street put together 3 weeks prior and asked her to fix everything. She is good at reshaping stiletto nails and her acrylic work is seamless. I was happy to have only spent about an hour there when usually I'm gone for 2 or 3. Knocked a star off for paint application as the acrylic isn't fully covered on the sides of my nails, leaving the previous set poking through, but overall I'm pretty happy with my experience with Monica. Pricing was fair ($50 for a no chip refill) but I didn't know about the cash only tip system until after my card was run. Luckily I had a few bucks in my car but it really hurts the employees in the end to not offer card tips."
