Secret Nails

"The guy who did my nails didn’t understand me at all, he decided to do his own thing. I asked specifically for a certain design and even showed a picture. He just kept laughing it off and just started grabbing colors that didn’t match and just started painting without even asking me if it was okay. In the end he really just didn’t understand what I was saying and him along with this other woman saying other designs would like better. I caved in and just told him to do french tips because I was extremely frustrated, he then put pink acrylic powder on which doesn’t match my skin tone. So now, my nails are pink and have a white french tip. I explained multiple times that my dress I was trying to match it with was purple. I’m tempted to just go to another salon and get them repainted."

"I have been going to Secret Nails for over 2 years and have had great service. The establishment is very professional, clean, and a nice atmosphere. I have had every nail tech do my nails and I was very please with each one of them. No matter what style of nails I wanted (I usually find an image on the internet) they were able to do and I like the bling bling nails. I am puzzled by some of the negative reviews. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Also there cost for nail service is very reasonable. I will be a on-going customer."

"I recently stopped here to get my nails done before a trip since this location was near my job. The mixed reviews should’ve put me off but I like to judge an establishment based on my own personal experience. When I first entered, it was nice. Tons of great polishes to pick from and great packages to use. Also saw some HS kids getting their nails ready for homecoming. But the problems quickly started after my pedicure when the young woman who did my nails, while super sweet, she STEPPED on my wet pedicure and smudged the polish. I felt it and should’ve said something but didn’t realize how bad it was. Now when you rub over my toe nail you can feel the smudge. I figured the manicure would be better which wasn’t really the case. As you can see, while she was checking my nails to see if they were wet, she also smudged my fingernail Polish. Not to mention I made her aware my thumbnail was broken and needed some glue. Well the glue was already worn away by the time I grabbed a bite to eat which was only 30 mins after I left the shop. I wasn’t happy with my experience and won’t be returning."

"Everyone has a great attitude except the lady with glasses who sits at NUMBER 2, she doesn’t clean her station, or clean her tools uses the same products from last client in chair. She was in a rush so bad to go home she didn’t even tell me my total!!! Everyone else is great! My nails are 4/10 also, looks like my 3 year old daughter painted them from the lady sits at table 2 AVOID THAT STATION"
