"The team at ZigZag studio is exceptional! I have been coming to see Olivia for about few months now. My previous hair stylist changed her location and it was too far for me to see her once a month. I am extremely happy with ZigZag. The stuff is very friendly, professional and always up to date with the latest trends. The atmosphere at the salon is very welcoming and relaxing. I am always offered a cup of coffee, water or some refreshments. Ever since I have started coming to ZigZag, I have received many compliments from my friends asking what I do with my hair because it looks healthy. Today I asked Olivia to cut my hair short up to my neckline. Sort of a longer bob. We talked this through, first. She recommended the exact length and was very knowledgeable about the cut. It made me feel comfortable knowing Olivia doesn’t just do what you ask her to do. Her true passion and knowledge about the hair industry is great!!!! "This was a horrible salon. I suggested a haircut, and this was my first time at the salon, I should’ve went to the salon I always go to. I entered the building for a walk in, they were super nice but the second I sat down and they started cutting my hair, they were cutting more hair than I wanted. I wanted the wolf cut and I got really bad result's. I do not suggest coming here for a wolf cut, they didn’t make the curtain bangs right at all, the layers were ok and they cut some of my hair off even tho I didn’t ask for that. I can’t believe how wrong they did me. Never come here for a wolf cut. This was so bad but I didn’t even want. At this point it’s just a whole nother hairstyle, and 61 dollars for this. This is outrageous and horrible. I put the reference but my hair looks nothing like that."
