"I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close but unfortunately these were the worst nails I have ever gotten done in my 10+ years of having acrylic nails. I came in for an acrylic fill last Monday at 12pm. I asked for a short gel acrylic fill. By 3pm I had to come back for them to fix because my gel nails were already chipping and the actually acrylic nail was chipping off as well. I don’t work or do any hard labor for my short nails to disintegrate within hours of getting them done. I came back 3 hours later and They were polite and fixed them for free so I was content. Days pass by and more nails break piece by piece and the color is also chipping off on multiple nails. I was on vacation so I couldn’t come back for the 2nd time in one week to fix. I’m not sure if it was just my nail tech but this place is a first and last time for me. I was so disappointed in the quality of my nails especially when I paid $60 for a fill (not including tip) and in a week I have to get them fixed twice. I’m definitely not coming back for the 3rd time to get them fixed again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. First 2 pictures are 2 hours after my appointment and last 2 pictures are from 7 days after getting my appointment. Waste of money."

I love that they only take appointments so you're never sitting in the lobby for hours waiting for service like some nail shops. They always address me and other customers by name which is nice and the work from Mymy, Kim and Irene is immaculate!"

"I've never had great luck with getting my nails done prior to Pro Nails, but they've raised the bar. The staff is really friendly and Kim does an awesome job on my nails. She makes suggestions that are always helpful and I've never had them chip from regular use. I appreciate her skills and patience. Thank you!"
