"Came in for a 345pm appointment made online as they require online appointments. Let them know I had a 345pm appointment when I arrived was asked to have a seat in the waiting area. I waited in the waiting area until 420pm before I just left. This is why it's important to be able to call to see how busy a business is. That option wasn't available. Poor customer service and no acknowledgement of their tardiness nor was I approached about how long it may take while or before I was told to sit. Unacceptable. The only nice thing was the apology from them when I left. I said it's okay I just want my toes done in a timely fashion. I was called by Jay who offered a discount and a better experience if I would try one more time. Well needless to say I was very impressed today 2/1 when I came in. He was kind actually talked to me and gave me other resources I needed. Jay did a magnificent job and I WILL BE BACK SOON. Places like this that offer to make things right is just what this world needs more of"

"I’ve lived in this area my whole life. I’ve been in and out of nail shops all over this town, the next town, and the town after. Lucky took so much time on prepping, SHAPE (Thank you so much) and she made being comfortable a priority and the atmosphere was refreshing. I was so tense from previous experiences. "The ambiance is welcoming and the environment is clean. The hours are a plus as most nail salons close at 7pm. The team is friendly and professional however the finishing of my nails was not as I expected and I am not satisfied with my full set acrylic nails. My nails are bulky and thick. I requested a rounded shape nail which was attempted after a blunt square nail was molded. My tech Kay definitely attempted to shape my nail however I am not satisfied with the outcome."
