My daughter had different style wants, and the tech was able to make great recommendations based on her last length, care, longevity, and the like. She took an approach of not just doing a job for the money, but took an approach as a friend would thatbreallyncared to have the best outcome for their client in many aspects. She was very tactful in her approach and did not in any way refuse requests or talk my daughter down from her initial lash style want. She did technically talk her out of her initial choice but only through education and time/listening and the like. The technician did a WONDERFUL job. Was clean, professional,.didn't try to upset, and made for a very warm and welcoming experience. My daughter didn't know much about the specialty of lashes, and she was apprehensive not knowing what to ask for or say. This wasn't an issue.
