Great Clips

"They cut my hair too short twice before and now I set up an appointment by checking in (12min to get there and im 5mins away) get there and see the timer reset to 20+min. Clearly they expect you to wait while they try and squeeze last minute clients in."

"Poor service.. I would never recommend anyone to go to this site . They don’t follow online checkin and give priority to someone who they know and walks in after you are in and then comes the actual hair cut . It is always like they are in hurry regardless of whether cut is done or not . We had to cut some long left over hair ourselves at home since the person argued they are ok even it was just looked not correct . Pls save your money and time by visiting other salons and don’t waste your time for this salon whose staff are not professional."

"Went to the Great Clips at Eola commons have been going there for a while but this time got a shampoo and a haircut and the lady barely washed my hair and wouldn't listen when I said it doesn't feel washed. one of the best things about hair salons is getting my hair washed and she ruined the experience for me. Worst thing is when I tried to talk to her about it she just dismissed me and went about her business. I usually never complain about anything but she was very rude. She was also very rough and splashed water everywhere and barely even towel dried my hair forget actual drying it."

"I had a very bad experience. I won't even recommend anyone to go there, it is such a waste of time. I usually go to some other location but since I didn't get an appointment on that location so decided to go this location. Staff is so unfriendly and rude. They did not cut the hair evenly and when I showed them they justifying with ridiculous reason seems like I am having the hair cut first time. They did not even blow away the cut hair. They did not even check the hair by combing the hair to check if they are even. Overall very bad experience."
