"Unfriendly people who keep screwing up my order. Not to mention prices just went up. One item I buy regularly just went up 50% over night! This used to be a great place to get Taco Bell, did the owner give up on the place already? It's only been there a couple of years."

"The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. There has not been ONE time where my order was completely correct, there has not been ONE time where they fixed it when told it was wrong. They are also CONSTANTLY understocked. I have worked for Yum! owned fast food before and it is NOT THIS HARD!"

"This location used to be our favorite. We always had great service and our orders were always right or quick to amend. But as of the past two months, service has completely tanked and it feels awkward interacting with a team member especially if you order food at night. Day time seems better, but we primarily get dinner. 20 minutes of waiting for a drive thru pick up after waiting 20 minutes to go get it. They ask me to park and come in, I do. The problem with coming inside is NO ONE makes eye contact with you or addresses you unless you call them out. I ask if we accidentally placed the order for in store pick up. “No, it’s just not ready yet”. I say, “okay well my dog is in the car so I’m going to go back out and wait.” When I say the person taking orders gives zero effs about customer service it would be an understatement. Interactions feel cold, we feel unwelcome. We won’t be coming back."

"I spent a hour in the drive thru line and NEVER RECIVED MY ORDER. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Worse drive thru experience ever. Store closed on me and never fulfilled my online order. Took like he*l to get the refund back. The employee could've told people what was going on, there was no communication at all. The employee came to the door and threw his hands up, went back in and shut off the lights."
