"Yesterday I got my nails done at another nail place. I was upset with how they turned out so I called City Nails and Spa to get an appointment for today. They asked me everything I wanted and understood my being upset about my nails from the other place. I walked in the morning and they were so nice and professional. I had Flora and she explained everything she was doing so I wasn’t confused and wasn’t wondering what was going on. She was very sweet and we had good conversation. She did an incredible job on my nails and I am so happy with them. I will definitely go back to see her."

"My first time trying city nail & spa. Flora was nice & helpful at helping me decide what colors would go with the nails inspo I shared. She really did great at cleaning, shaping my nails and the nail art looks amazing! April did my padi she was also friendly but they weren't perfectly done for $60. I noticed they don't really paint the nails fully specially on the sides. But Flora went back and fill it in. As for my toes, I didn't bother checking it until I got home so I didn't get to asked. However, I think April would've been nice and understanding to fill it in if I had asked. Other than that, I'm so happy with my nails! Would probably try them again since I'm just a few blocks away."

"Went in for a full set for my step daughter and to see if they could fix my HORRIBLE set I had from a DIFFERENT shop. My step daughters nailed turned out exactly how she wanted and they were able to fix mine without having to soak my old ones off. I will definitely be returning."
