"I really wanted to like this place, we went for dual pedicures on Sweetest Day; but the person that I had barely touched my feet, she didn't push down the cuticles, clip the edges, pull out toe jamb; nothing. I had to go home and clean up my toes myself! Also, my polish chipped off in less than 2 weeks, that never happens, so my nails weren't cleaned properly first. The place is nice and clean, but my tech wasn't good. I don't know how to fix that, but if I'm paying for them to work on my feet, I expect it to be done."

"I went for a pedicure, not my first time there, but it was the first time this happened. I sit down in the pedicure chair, feet soak, shaved the dead skin off the bottom of my feet, put lotion on my legs, and went to start putting polish on toenails without trimming, removing cuticle skin or cleaning/shaping them up. "You have to get the spa pedicure! Amazing! Today was my second time at cozy nails and it will be my go to salon from now on. My gel manicure lasted a month, no chipping or peeling at all. I had the pleasure of having J do my nails today and she was amazing. Great leg/foot massage and she did amazing with my nails! I love them! The salon is cozy and inviting and they always have a good movie playing. Love it here 9/9/23-went in again today and Sophia was absolutely amazing. Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. She paid so much attention to detail in both my pedicure and gel mani. The spa pedi is so relaxing and with the cozy feeling inside I left feeling so relaxed I came home and took a nap. My nails last almost an entire month every time. Great selection of OPI which I love that they label them so you have no trouble finding the matching polish if you do gel manis and regular polish on toes."

"It was my first time getting a pedicure. Yeah it sounds a bit odd. I decided to try this nail salon which was closer to my home. The lady who welcomed was warm. On enquiring about the pedicure service there wasn’t a proper information provided. She was able to communicate that it was for $35 and includes a nail paint. I agreed to the service and headed to the chair. The place was very clean and maintained well. The lady who did my pedicure was well trained. She took care of my feet well. The ambience and service provided was good."
