"Went in for a simple eye wax and tint. Can’t remember her name but was rushing through, got done within 5 min. Walked out, and realized my eyebrows were literally waxed into different shapes. Lol. Thankfully I called again and they were too busy that evening even to fit me in since they were so overbooked. Had to drive back down again just to get them corrected. I think her name was Stephanie but she was pretty awesome and able to correct the previous gals obvious rushed/didn’t care work done on my brows. It’s really a hit or miss here with the brown technicians since I’m assuming they have so many, so definitely be cautious. Also the receptionists don’t leave notes or fill each other in when issues like this arise. I was told I could “come in whenever and they’d fit me in and at no charge” by the gal on the phone the night before. Yet, was called 3x by the morning shift receptionist after explaining to her the situation the first time in the phone in the morning. Plus she was going to charge me for the waxing to fix my brows, when I was told otherwise. Clearly there’s some communication improvement that could be done between shift changes or notes to be added onto clients profiles or something. Overall wouldn’t come here again due to such a stressful weird experience just to get some simple brow cleaning up."
