"I dye my own hair regularly, however, this time something went wrong and I got “hot roots”. I did not know hot to fix this on my red/brunette hair. I came in and someone from the salon listened to my situation and checked my hair out. She directed me to two separate colors and a 10 developer and explained how to mix by parts correctly when mixing colors and to apply to roots only. She also explained why this would have happened. I went home, did exactly what she said and it came out perfect. I only wish I had gotten her name but I am always terrible at getting names. Super helpful."
