"I switched to the P&K Midwest DeWitt location 4 years ago after my local John Deere dealer refused to support a customer’s right to repair their own equipment. I drive directly past my local John Deere dealer that is 1 mile from my family farm an additional 40 miles to get to DeWitt (that’s 2 hours out of my week every week), because I have been so satisfied with the Service & Parts personnel at this location. "Poor sales staff. Tried to increase the price of a CTL when signing papers for purchase because they wouldn't make enough on the deal. Went to the local IH dealer and never looked back. Parts staff was not welcoming and deemed my requests for older parts as un-important. Big dealer with money and profits as their only concern."
