"I am giving two stars for the friendly customer service in the front and the ease of making an appointment. I am taking three stars away because this was the first time I got a lash lift and I got a stye almost immediately after I left. I googled what styes from lash lifts can be caused from and the consensus is that if a lash lift is done in an unhygienic environment it can introduce bacteria to the eye. When I walked into the treatment room my first impression was that it didn't feel clean. There was no paper on the bed, and the towel that went under my head was ripped and looked like a rag. I was wondering to myself whether or not they change that after every customer. I'm not sure if the girl who did the lift washed her hands before my treatment but overall the room didn't look properly sanitized. The esthetician also told me she would walk me through the process but after my eyes were closed she stopped talking and didn't say anything until I was done. Also she pulled a few eyelashes out. Safe to say I will not be returning. I'd gladly pay more at a place that is clean."

"The lashes are amazing and so is the staff. Karina and her manager were terrific. The day before my wedding, they went way above and beyond to make my day perfect! I cannot thank them enough. (It’s a long story but went beyond making my lashes look great!)"

"Updated review: I went back for a service this time with lash expert Donna, and had dramatic results. She really took the time and care to properly tape the area, prep the lash area and apply the perm serum. My lashes do have a slight natural curl but because they aren’t as long as they used to be, they now curl straight out rather than up. Lash tech Donna gave them a good lift so they’re visible, up up and away and my eyes appear more open. She also took the care check frequently how it felt during the process and to finish the treatment with a keratin oil. Happy with the results on day 2. ——————————————- Old review one month ago. Did not see the impact I was looking for after my first appointment doing a lash lift with the large curl rod and add-on tint. I’ve been invited back to try the smaller sized rod to see if that makes a difference. I’ll give it another try in a month to see and update my review."

"First time visiting for a lash lift and unfortunately my lashes look the same, I can't really see the difference in a slight curl. I know lash lifts work different for everyone depending on your lash length, etc. but for $89 I'm a bit disappointed. My lashes are straight and I shared I wanted an extra curl if possible. The lash tech was nice although quiet and didn't really explain the steps along the way. The staff was equally as nice and the facility is clean. Overall not worth the money considering my lashes look the same."

"edited after the slightly condescending owners response lol: I PAID to add volumes the second time, so it was a paid service. I do remember twitching during the second time once but didn’t fully fall asleep… To say I was “pushing” the stylists away is absurd. My eyes aren’t twitchy nor was my body, which is coming from someone who takes anxiety medication to prevent things like that! Regarding the length, I asked the techs whether the lengths 13 were okay with my lashes and was NOT informed the length was an issue. No one told the stylist to add 15mm+ classics as “spikes” when they're not even supposed to be used for that purpose. As I used to work & go to Amazing Lash Studio, I definitely know the ropes around extensions :) Nice try though!! Original review: Got an adjustment full set after losing all my lashes in 2 days.
