Chipotle Mexican Grill

"My worse Chipotle food experience is in the Creve Coeur location St louis. Services here are worse. They fight for the customers for ordinary things, and they are very loud too. I visited there on 1/29 7:30pm apx and there was a woman who looked like a supervisor or leader, I asked her not to give me Chicken in the plastic cup because plastic is not good for health, especially for sick person. But she replied with too loud and rude voice that they never do that. They get training to do what they are doing. She said you have to pay for the paper cup then you will get that. I never experienced this before in any other location. At last, we get it in the plastic cup only. She was ready to fight with me and my friend and we tried our best to avoid it, so I just ran out of that place as soon as possible with whatever we got. We wanted to cancel the order but we don't want to mess with her. She has an aggressive expression and a disrespectful voice. I am a regular customer of chipotle but I never experience this in any other location. Only this creve coeur location is like very unprofessional and uncooperative. I live in Creve course but I go to other locations for Chipotle. Actually, they hire cheap employees to reduce the budget that is why these low paid employees don't care the customers and quality. I have big doubt that there hygiene level is also very low, because I saw her to pick the food with hands (without gloves) while switching the food containers."

"My wife and I placed a pickup order and something was wrong with literally every single item. Items were made incorrectly, or missing components, and there was juice from the barbacoa lining the bottom of the bag and the top of the kids meal (which was missing the fruit cup, so you know how well THAT went over). We tried the carne asada, which was both full of pieces that were just char as well as at least half of it just being the normal steak (you can tell the difference between them easily). The wrong salsas were given, and the entrees had brown rice instead of white. My wife's description was 'they just threw together whatever they felt like, trash and all'. When I picked up the meal the restaurant was a mess, and the employee at the counter was discussing with the employee in the dining room what chores they could skip that evening to still get out on time. There were no plastic utensils available except for one single spoon that was coated in syrup from the soda machine. All of the four organic drinks were empty, and every surface around the drink counter was dirty and/or sticky. If I had seen the state of the store before placing the order I would not have placed it. I reached out to the Support team who promised to get me in touch with store management. That was four weeks ago. I spoke with support a couple of times, and in their apology they 'provided' a voucher for a single free meal despite me explaining that every single item was incorrect. I say 'provided' because they forgot to include the voucher entirely. Edit: I received a reply within half an hour, asking me to contact support. I did, and the original agent I spoke with reassured me that management had been contacted. Nothing has changed or been addressed. Edit 2: A week and three contact attempts from me later and nothing has changed. Management has never contacted me, and I have never heard back from anyone but one agent from Customer Support. This is what happens when they state they 'would like the opportunity to follow up on this as soon as possible': nothing at all."

"I had a long drive with me and my baby. my baby had been screaming for hours. I stopped to have a little dinner and get some relief. The experience I had here completely changed my night. One of the workers named Andrew was extremely helpful he brought my food to the table and went above and beyond in customer server it incredibly blessed my night and this is the kind of guy you want workin g for you huge asset to the buisness when i pass by again i will make sure to eat here! Thank you again Andrew! Also the food was perfect hit and delicious!"

"I wish there were negative stars. Chips are always scarce, stale or overcooked. Sold me half a veggie bowl when I Doordashed. Another time, I waited quadruple the time it would have taken to just walk through to order while waiting for my pick up order. There weren’t but three people in line. Yet a million online orders I suppose but no one gave me an estimated time on when my food would be ready in the back. That was ridiculous. I could have canceled and walked through! Items are always missing. Rude servers. The last visit was a few months back where employees were behind the counter talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge me. I stood at the glass waiting for about 30 long seconds before I remembered I will NEVER beg anyone to take my money. I walked out. I’ve been visiting the other locations since. Far too many incidents of inconvenience at this one."

"While the food itself tastes as good as any of the other locations, this particular one will barely give you any of what you ordered. My Barbacoa was less than half a tongs grab of meat. The bed of rice it sat on was meager. The corn, sour cream, and cheese were paltry. The various containers for each of the items I chose were nowhere near empty. Most I can figure is they are cutting costs by reducing the amount given. While I didn't complain, two of the patrons who came in after me did."
