"They scheduled my appointments wrong. Was coming for a birthday day with my girls. Their 1st time at a salon. Scheduled 2 cuts and dyes. Even confirmed this when booking. Showed up with super excited daughters. Was told they messed up booking and only could cut. Cancelled any further services! Birthday girl didn't get any service and went home upset. RUINED our birthday outing! Unfortunate considering Heather was kind and did a good job on the 1 cut she did do. Not sure I'd try coming back because of the importance of the appointment that was screwed up, ruined our entire present on her special day she didn't get to have!"

"Danielle did a touch up $50 Keratin treatment $130 and trim $40. Roots were bright red after touch up! When I said something she said come by the window it's the lighting here over the chair! She starts combing through it to prepare for Keratin than says it's not right it's a quick fix 20 minutes later still the same. She makes another attempt at the roots no change. 1 1/2 hours later she starts Keratin. Roots still bright red.. I do have grey roots. I think maybe she's not used to doing seniors with grey roots. This was done 6/8/22. Hair is frizzy Keratin didn't last it's now 7/17/2022. I wash my hair about every 3-4 days. I have had Keratin 4 other times all lasted 4-5 months. Each time hair cut was included with touch up or keratin. I messaged Danielle several times she never offered to fix it. I always used sulfate free products I waited 3 days to wash. My Daughter in law had Her Keratin done By Danielle also hers didn't last more than 5 weeks! I have to say Danielle was nice. She is the owner I expected better. The 2nd pic shows my hair before Keratin. After I wash it notice bottom right dent in hair. After Keratin dent is still there. Danielle told me to take a flat iron to it! I never had this issue before. After Keratin my hair has always been smooth and shiny. Maybe it's the global Keratin she used? I've never heard of that brand. Very Disappointed"
