"My experience was always great until recently. I get eyelash extensions here. The person who does them was always great. I got a punch card and after a number of fills I got a free fill. While I was booking every 2 weeks this person was unavailable week 2 so I had to book in the 3rd week. That was fine but life happens and I got sick. A few days before my appt my doctor put me on 5 medications. I expressed how I was still feeling the day before my ‘free fill’ appointment and asked to reschedule for a few days later, hoping that I would feel better and that was accommodated. The day of my reschedule appointment I went to work and was getting sick in my office all day and tried to stick it out thinking that I really needed to make my appointment, however 3 hours before my appt time I knew I was going to get sick again and I told her I could not make my appt and I literally threw up in my car driving on I-90 half way home. You would think that person would not want me sitting in her chair as sick as I explained that I was. When I tried to make a new appointment, I was told that I needed to leave and deposit that was nonrefundable (an amount that I would have gladly left as a tip) and because this was my free service I would likely be charged for a full set being it had been so long since my last fill. Keep in mind I could not come when I should have because SHE was not working. Plus, why not charge me just the difference between the fill (and full set if I really needed a full set again (which I don’t). So because I was sick I may not get the free service I was due based on their reward system. I asked her if I could send her a photo of my lashes so I could be prepared to have to pay or be able to utilize my free service and she agreed. I sent her a text and she chose to ignore me. This is not the customer service I would expect and while I understand her position on being without a client 3 hours before my appt I would think she would be a bit more understanding and would not want me sitting in her chair as sick as I was. We are now 2 weeks away from my wedding and I have to find someone new to do my lashes."
